Founder & CEO
Sverre has spent most of his career at the intersection of technology, design and health. He started Kin Helse after seeing how fragmented the toolset is for private clinics that actually want to work preventively -- and how little of the available technology is built with the clinician at the center.
Before Kin, he led technology initiatives at companies like Google, Babylon Health, Schibsted and Telenor -- from early concept work to scaling products in regulated markets.
Sverre is convinced that the best health solutions don't replace the clinician, but make everyday work easier. Kin is built around that idea: powerful technology that never gets in the way of the human encounter between doctor and patient.
Principles that guide everything we build.
Clinician first
We don't build technology and look for a problem. We start with the clinician's day-to-day and remove friction from there. If a tool doesn't make the job easier, we don't build it.
Patient data is sacred
Health data should never leave the system. No third-party APIs training on patient information. No compromises. The health vault is not a feature -- it's a prerequisite.
Prevention over reaction
Most healthcare today is reactive. We believe the best clinics will be defined by their ability to detect risk early -- and act before it becomes a problem.
Norwegian, from the ground up
Norwegian company, Norwegian law, Norwegian servers. We build for a regulated market and take it seriously. GDPR is not a checkbox -- it's baked into the architecture.
